What is The Memorable Edit?
The Memorable Edit creates personalised pieces, designed to be used every day. From embroidered textiles to small table details, our pieces are made to bring intention and beauty to ordinary moments.
Where are your products made?
Our products are personalised in London. Each item is made to order in small batches, with close attention to detail.
Are all items personalised?
Most of our pieces can be personalised with initials, names, or short details. We take special orders for items not listed.
How long does it take to make my order?
As each piece is made to order, please allow up to 5 working days for personalisation before dispatch. During busy periods, this may take slightly longer, we’ll always keep you informed.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives faulty or damaged. Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order, such as names, initials, colours chosen, and any other details you provide to us.
What if there is an issue with my order?
If something isn’t quite right, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thememorableedit.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Do you offer custom or bulk orders?
Yes. We love working on events, weddings, and special projects (restaurants, hotels, and so). If you’re looking for personalised items in larger quantities or with bespoke details, please email us at hello@thememorableedit.com.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the UK. Any updates regarding international shipping will be shared on our website.
Which courier do you use for domestic orders (UK)?
Royal Mail.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been initiated, we may be able to cancel it. But we typically process orders quickly. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
